Bulk Uploading
Collectors Book Market offers sellers the option of bulk uploading existing inventory records to create auction or fixed price listings automatically.  The unique advantages of the Collectors Book Market system is built upon the concept of individual listings, so there are significant differences in our bulk upload system from other traditional fixed price sites.

Our goal is to attract quality listings. By giving sellers the opportunity to individually edit each listing in a bulk upload staging area before posting them to the active listings, sellers can not only take advantage of our advanced search and browse options, they can create engaging presentations using images and HTML. Taking a few seconds can showcase your items in a dramatically different way.  Our bulk upload system is designed to make this extra step as quick and easy as possible.

  • Free large thumbnail images give potential buyers a visual browsing experience. A simple image upload process allows sellers to add up to 5 images per listing from the staging area.
  • CollectorsBookMarket.com listings contain a few unique fields that facilitate our advanced search and browse options, so sellers are given the option of reviewing bulk uploaded records to add or edit these values before they are posted to the active listings.
  • Listings are for a set duration, discouraging common items that are often 'parked' indefinitely on other sites.

Note: you can only upload groups of up to 1000 records at one time with our system, but you can upload as many groups as you like.  When you are ready to upload your records, click here to begin.

  • Select the records you want to upload and save them in a properly formatted file.
  • Upload your selected records.
  • Review the charges for the successfully processed records.
  • Accept the charges to move the uploaded records to your My Auction Bulk Upload Staging area.
  • Review and Edit your records (optional).
  • Post your records to the site individually or in bulk.

Any records that fail to upload will be itemized with the reason they were rejected for you to review and correct.

You will only be billed for the records that successfully upload and only after you accept the itemized charges.
