Fixed Price Ads
A Fixed Price Ad is simply an item for sale ad. The first buyer to click the Purchase Now button closes the ad immediately.  The buyer and the seller are then sent confirmation emails with contact information to complete the transaction directly with each other.

If a buyer contacts the seller directly through the CollectorsBookMarket messaging system, the seller can accept the offer so the buyer does not need to register on the site.  This is a convenience to the buyer, and the seller should immediately close the ad so they do not inconvenience other buyers.
