Auction Start Time
You can use this setting to specify an exact time of day for the auction to start. This allows you to get a full 15 day auction if you set a closing time to be more conducive to user bidding activity (set the starting time exactly 15 days prior to the closing time). If the exact starting time does not matter to you, leave the starting time at it's default.

You get one free relisting for every auction that closes without a bid (or where the reserve price is not met), giving you up to 30 days to sell your item for one listing fee.
