Note: Because of there are different ways to store records in the
UIEE file format, the Collectors Book Market UIEE upload
feature maps generalized field values into our system.
Uploaded individual book records can always be edited in our Bulk
Upload Staging Area before being posted to the site to create more
precise listings (and upload images), but free custom field mapping
is also available. Contact the administrator for more
information.
- Create a UIEE txt file of the
records you want to upload and store the file on your computer
- From the CBM Bulk Upload page, choose the
UIEE option from the Choose
File Format drop-down box.
- Use the Browse button to find the file on your computer,
select it and then click the Import button..
- From the global information page, set your global field
choices and enter your seller information.
Note: All of the information entered on the
this page will be assigned to EVERY record that is successfully
imported in this batch.
- Review the charges for the successfully processed records.
- Accept the charges to move the
uploaded records to your My Auctions
Bulk Upload Staging area.
- Review and Edit your records
(Optional, but recommended. This is where you can upload up
to 6 free images).
- Post your records to the site individually or in bulk.
