Collectors Book Auction Bulk Upload
Process:
Select the records you want to upload
and save them in a properly formatted file (for the fastest

process, we recommend you batch your records by category, binding,
and merchandise group, and then create a separate upload file for
each of those batches).
Upload your selected records.

only (Optional step) Select the category, binding, and merchandise group
for your batch.

only Enter your seller
information (CSV uploads should have the seller information in the
description field.
Review the charges for the successfully processed records.³
Accept the charges to move the
uploaded records to your My Auctions
Bulk Upload Staging area.
Review and Edit your records. (Optional, but
highly recommended, especially if you didn't batch by category,
binding, and merchandise group). Upload images if desired.
Post your records to the site individually or in bulk.
*Note: We are developing a free downloadable inventory system where
sellers can create and manage their inventory records and upload them
to the Mart or the Auction as needed.
¹ Each listing is charged the appropriate listing fees (you
are always presented with a complete summary of the charges for your
approval before the you finish the upload process and the charges
are applied).
² To remove a Fine Book Mart listing from active status, you
"close" the listing from the Selling tab of your
My Auctions
ad management page, or by clicking the "close this ad" link on the
item listing page (this link is only visible to the item owner).
³ Any records that fail to upload will be itemized with a
reason they weren't uploaded and you can review the exact details of
what caused the record to fail.
